Free Estimates
Written estimates are available on all projects. All written estimates are based upon an agreed upon scope of work, and are good for 60 days. After you sign the contract, Rooftops prides itself on no change orders, unless brought forward by you. We deliver our services for the contracted amount, with no surprises.
ON-SITE FABRICATION OF METAL ROOFS
Rooftops operates two portable roll formers that can form Standing Seam Metal Panels directly at the job site allowing the flexibility to correct errors or customize the panels.
The greatest advantage of on-site metal roof manufacturing is that panels can be created in the exact length they’re needed — and when they’re needed! Having exact length panels eliminates lateral seams that can compromise a metal roof’s eye appeal, and it eliminates a source for possible leakage. On-site manufacturing is not only a cost effective way to go, but it also means there is no damage from shipping or packaging. If a panel does get damaged we can create a new one instantly without delaying the job!
Custom-Made Accessories for Standing Seam Metal Roofing Unlike many of our competitors, Rooftops custom makes most of the accessories for your metal roof out of the same metal as your roof—things like edges (metal edge), ridges, valleys, and other miscellaneous flashings that particular applications require. Because accessories and how they’re made play an important role in the quality of your roofing job, we spend a lot of time in our metal shop fabricating your flashings and accessories before even coming onto your job site!

Rooftops makes a variety of available gutter sizes for residential to large, commercial gutter designs. We can fabricate painted seamless aluminum gutters, copper gutters, paint grip galvanized gutters and galvalume gutters.
We carry in stock gutters from 5 to 6 inches wide in K-style and half-round.
Custom sizes and styles can be fabricated upon request. Rooftops has two gutter forming machines, each of which is mobile and can operate on customer sites. Rooftops can fabricate any length of gutter your project may require.

COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL BOX GUTTER MACHINE
The only one in the Virgin Islands!
Our Englert Box Gutter machine is designed for use in commercial and light industrial applications where an attractive, yet functional, rain carrying system is required. Its large 7″ trough is capable of handling high volumes of water that are typically found draining from larger commercial roof installations.

Gutter Design & Fabrication
K-Style gutters are the most common type of gutter used in the market. Our machines can fabricate seamless k-style gutters in 5″ and 6″ widths, while custom sizes can be fabricated in whatever lengths required.
We can produce 5-inch, 6-inch K-Style in Galvanized Steel, Aluminum, Galvalume and even Copper.

ALUMINUM HURRICANE & STORM SHUTTER PANELS
Our hurricane shutters & storm panels are designed to protect your family and your personal belongings from hurricanes and intruders. They are Dade and Florida building code (FBC) compliant.
These aluminum shutters attach to the walls around windows and doors on tracks. Storm panels are corrugated, and each piece overlaps the next for maximum strength. The top of the panel is slipped up and into a track above the window, and the bottom of the panel is secured by wing nuts to a lower track permanently attached beneath the window.
The corrugated panel design enables shutters to be stacked compactly when not in use, minimizing required storage space. Each storm panel comes with an upper and lower track that mount to a building’s walls.
